Du bist Sparringspartner:in für deine Kund:innen, treibst Themen aktiv voran und arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren interdisziplinären Teams aus Kreation, Konzeption und Bewegtbild zusammen.

Aufgaben

Als Social Media Account Manager (m/w/x) verantwortest du eigenständig die Betreuung deiner Kund:innen und steuerst gemeinsam mit dem Team die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-Media- und Advertising-Kampagnen. Dabei bist du sowohl strategisch als auch operativ am Werk:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung internationaler B2B-Kund:innen – vom Briefing bis zum Reporting und auch darüber hinaus
  • Strategische Beratung in den Bereichen Social Media, Paid Social, Content-Marketing und digitaler Kommunikation
  • Entwicklung und Präsentation von Konzepten, Kampagnen-Strategien und Empfehlungen
  • Steuerung von Projekten und Retainern inkl. Timings, Budgets und Qualitätssicherung
  • Konzeption und Steuerung von Social Media Content (Visuals, Captions, Stories, Reels)
  • Vor-Ort-Coverage bei Messen, Events und Kundenveranstaltungen: Fotos, Videos, Live-Content
  • Eigenständige Konzeption von Content-Formaten passend zur jeweiligen Kampagnenstrategie
  • Konzeption, Setup, Steuerung und Optimierung von Paid Social-Kampagnen (insb. Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Laufendes Kampagnenmonitoring: Performance-Kontrolle, A/B-Tests und kontinuierliche Optimierung
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reportings und Auswertungen für Kund:innen – inkl. Ableitung von Learnings und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Social Media Trendscouting und Identifikation passender KI-Tools

Qualifikation

  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Agenturumfeld mit Schwerpunkt Social Media, Paid Social oder digitaler Kommunikation
  • Präsentationssicherheit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen
  • Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Betreuung von Kund:innen – du kennst die Anforderungen im Tagesgeschäft einer Agentur und gehst souverän damit um
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, (Online-) Medienmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Ads-Managern (Meta / TikTok / Pinterest / LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Affinität zu Content Creation und ein gutes Gespür für Bildsprache und Storytelling
  • Optional auch sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (z. B. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite oder vergleichbare)
  • Analytisches Denken: Du liest Zahlen sicher und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
