Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst die Wartung und Instandhaltung von heizungs- und sanitärtechnischen Anlagen
• Du betreust diverse Wartungskunden sowie ca. 50 Facility-Management-Standorte in München
• Du stehst in engem Austausch mit der Einsatzleitung und dokumentierst Deine Einsätze handschriftlich und digital
• Du bist Ansprechpartner für Bestands- und Wartungskunden – mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung

Qualifikation

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik mit
• Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service / Wartung mit
• Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut – auch für technische Begriffe
• Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B
