Deine Aufgaben

• Konzeption und Gestaltung nutzerzentrierter App-Erlebnisse für die fluege.de Native Apps (iOS & Android) – von der Idee über User Journeys und Wireframes bis zum finalen UI
• Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von qualitativen (Usability-Tests) und quantitativen (A/B-Tests, UX-KPIs) Forschungs- und Testmethoden sowie Ableitung konkreter Designmaßnahmen
• Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Design Systems mit Fokus auf native App-Komponenten (Variablen, Properties, Modes, plattformspezifische UI-Bausteine)
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Design-Handoffs: plattformgerechte Spezifikation, Annotation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit iOS- und Android-Entwicklung
• Aktive Mitgestaltung datengetriebener Designentscheidungen auf Basis von App-Analytics, Nutzerverhalten und Business-KPIs
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Development und Marketing zur Abstimmung von Anforderungen, Prioritäten und Nutzerbedürfnissen

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich UX / Interaction / Digital Design oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Design nativer mobiler Applikationen (iOS und Android), inkl. fundiertem Verständnis von Apple HIG und Material Design 3
• Sicherer Umgang mit Figma inkl. Arbeit mit und Pflege von Design Systems und Komponenten-Libraries
• Verständnis für UX-KPIs und App-Analytics sowie Erfahrung mit der Ableitung datenbasierter Designentscheidungen
• Kenntnisse in Accessibility-Standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) und barrierefreiem App-Design – von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen; Offenheit für oder aktive Nutzung von KI-gestützten Designtools (z. B. Figma AI, generative Bildtools, Prompt-basiertes Prototyping) – von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
