The Role of the Project Manager
In the project management team, you are responsible for overseeing the entire project development cycle, from the initial stages to the approval planning stage. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive site assessments and preparing feasibility studies, area planning, and cost estimates for commercial and residential projects. You will work closely with various authorities, agencies, urban planners, and stakeholders to ensure that the planning and realization of these projects are conducted effectively.
Your expertise will be further enhanced through your ability to manage negotiations with these external parties, ensuring smooth cooperation throughout the project lifecycle. You will also assist in the preparation of various urban planning and architectural competitions, providing support to project teams.
With your strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation abilities, you will lead project teams effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed within the established timelines. Moreover, your legal knowledge in the real estate industry will be a significant asset to this role.
