Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at a leading tech startup. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex software solutions using the latest technologies such as React, Node.js, and Django.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the effective integration of new features into existing applications.
- Assist in the development of new features, focusing on improving user experience and increasing efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on others' work to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to the overall development of the company by participating in code reviews, contributing to documentation, and participating in design discussions.
- Take ownership of projects, working independently and as part of a team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in at least one of the following languages: JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with modern front-end development frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React, and back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in database management and the ability to work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Git, JIRA, or Trello.
- Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and experience with version control best practices.
- Experience with API development and the ability to work with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
