Aufgaben

Wir sind ein sehr motiviertes Engineering-Team mit viel Ownership und kurzen Wegen. Als Teil davon baust du neue Features, löst Skalierungsprobleme und übernimmst Verantwortung für komplette Projekte – von der Idee bis zum sauberen Betrieb.

Wir suchen Menschen, die nicht nur Tickets abarbeiten, sondern Systeme verstehen, verbessern und die E-Rechnungslandschaft aktiv mitgestalten wollen.

Unsere Hauptanwendung ist in PHP und TypeScript geschrieben. Im Bereich E-Rechnung betreiben wir zusätzlich Microservices auf der JVM mit Java und Kotlin. Dazu kommen MySQL bzw. Percona XtraDB Cluster, TiDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, MinIO, Docker und weitere Tools, die man braucht, wenn 22.000+ Unternehmen sich täglich auf stabile Prozesse verlassen. Sicherer Umgang mit mehreren Programmiersprachen ist für diese Rolle wichtig.

• Du arbeitest eigenständig, motiviert und selbstorganisiert. Wir investieren gern in gute Kolleginnen und Kollegen – und haben gleichzeitig hohe Erwartungen
• Du entwickelst Backend-Features mit PHP 8.x und Symfony: Domänenlogik, APIs und Schnittstellen in einer über 18 Jahre gewachsenen, datenlastigen Codebasis
• Du arbeitest im Frontend mit TypeScript, React und TanStack an modernen Oberflächen und produktnahen Workflows
• Du entwickelst Node.js-Services für ausgewählte Bereiche unserer Plattform mit TypeScript und Next.js
• Du arbeitest an JVM-Microservices mit Java und Kotlin im Bereich E-Rechnung.
• Du migrierst Daten, refactorst bestehende Module und modernisierst gewachsene PHP-Bereiche Schritt für Schritt sauber weiter
• Du gehst tief in Fehleranalyse und Debugging, wenn Systeme nicht so laufen, wie sie sollen
• Du nutzt KI als echten Produktivitätshebel. Claude Code ist bei uns kein Spielzeug, sondern Teil des Engineering-Alltags – und wir erwarten, dass du intensiv damit arbeitest
• Je nach Thema arbeitest du auch an Infrastruktur und lokalen dockerisierten Entwicklungsumgebungen mit

Qualifikation

Grundsätzlich musst du nicht alles können. Wichtiger ist: Du kannst zeigen, dass du in deinem aktuellen Technologie-Stack richtig tief drin bist, gute technische Entscheidungen triffst und dich schnell in neue Systeme einarbeitest.

Unser Stack ist anspruchsvoll, aber du bekommst klare Prioritäten, gute Tools und ein Team, das Wissen teilt – wir erwarten dafür Eigenverantwortung, Lernstärke und den Anspruch, Dinge sauber zu lösen.

• Du hast tiefe, eigenverantwortliche Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung mit PHP und Symfony auf Senior-Level – mit sauberem Domain-Design, Testing und Performance in einer großen, langlebigen Codebasis. Je nach Schwerpunkt bringst du zusätzlich TypeScript/React mit
• Du gehst sicher mit relationalen Datenbanken wie MySQL um, inklusive Query-Optimierung und Datenmodellierung bei großen Datenmengen
