Job Title: Full-Stack Developer
Location: Remote or Near-Site
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at [Company Name]. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development:
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user experience (UX) designs.
- Develop responsive web applications that are accessible across different devices and browsers.
2. Backend Development:
- Build and maintain robust APIs using technologies like Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using frameworks like JWT and OAuth.
- Develop and optimize database schemas to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern JavaScript frameworks like Redux and React.
3. Full-Stack Integration:
- Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and communication between the two.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices in the industry.
4. Testing:
- Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality of the application.
- Implement automated testing using tools like Selenium and Jest.
- Collaborate with quality assurance (QA) engineers to identify and fix bugs.
5. Deployment:
- Develop and deploy the application to production environments using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Implement monitoring and logging systems to ensure the application runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT support and customer support teams to provide technical assistance and resolve issues.
6. Documentation:
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for the application, including API documentation and user guides.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure that the application is marketed effectively.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Full-Stack development.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git and experience with Git workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of database design and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Redux and React.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and Selenium.
- Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
