Responsibilities
- Lead development teams in software projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Guide and mentor team members on best practices, code reviews, and testing methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the product development process
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and system architecture
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of development projects
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, enhancements, and improvements to existing products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality code and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Jenkins, Git, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello) and version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN)
- Knowledge of software development frameworks, libraries, and technologies (e.g. Java, C#, Python, etc.)
