Deine Aufgaben

• Strategische Social-Media-Planung: Entwicklung langfristiger Konzepte für Markenkanäle und Kampagnen, die Reichweite und Engagement steigern
• Projektmanagement: Eigenständige Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Projekten im Bereich Content, Community und Paid Media
• Schnittstellenmanagement: Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern zur effizienten Umsetzung von Kampagnen
• Kundenberatung & Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Strategische Beratung, Erwartungsmanagement und Entwicklung passender Angebote gemeinsam mit dem Commercial-Team
• Performance-Analyse & Optimierung: Auswertung von Kampagnen, Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Ableitung datenbasierter Handlungsempfehlungen

Dein Profil

• 5+ Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in renommierten Social-Media-Agenturen im Social-Media-Marketing, inkl. strategischer Planung, Paid Ads und Multiplattform-Kampagnen
• Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Skills: Du bringst Struktur in komplexe Abläufe und koordinierst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig
• Kreativität & strategisches Denken: Du erkennst Trends frühzeitig und entwickelst daraus innovative Konzepte
• Kommunikationsstärke & Diplomatie: Du überzeugst Stakeholder und Teams gleichermaßen und arbeitest lösungsorientiert
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
