Aufgaben

Deine neue Herausforderung

• Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Data-Plattform- und Analytics-Lösungen auf Basis von Snowflake
• Du analysierst Anforderungen und begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung neuer Anforderungen inkl. Dokumentation. Dabei fungierst Du beim Kunden als Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereich.
• Fachliche Führung von Projektteams, Streams oder Teilprojekten
• Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Performance von Projekten, inklusive Ressourcenplanung, Budgetkontrolle und Profitabilität
• Unterstützung beim Projekt-Sourcing, bei Pitches und Angebotsprozessen
• Unterstützung beim strategischen Client Management und beim Ausbau unseres Snowflake- und Data-Consulting-Portfolios

Qualifikation

Du bringst mit

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbares mit hoher IT-Affinität.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Data Engineering/Analytics Engineering/BI-Projekten, idealerweise im Banking/Financial Services.
• Erfahrung als Projekt Manager und/oder Team Manager
• Nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung in Snowflake: SQL, Datenmodellierung, Security & RBAC, Performance-Optimierung sowie Erfahrung mit Data Lakes in Snowflake
• Kenntnisse bankinterner Prozesse und Produkten von Vorteil
• SnowPro-Zertifizierung (Core, Data Engineer oder Specialty Gen AI) oder Kenntnisse in Snowflake Intelligence und Cortex AI wünschenswert.
• Dynamische, kommunikative und eigenverantwortliche Persönlichkeit mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie einer kunden- und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise.
• Unternehmerisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein klarer Blick für Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Kundennutzen
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (Level C1), hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft.
