Our esteemed partner organization in Munich is seeking to engage your services as a “Mitarbeiter in der IT-Sicherheit (m/w/d) – Macro”.
Responsibilities
As a Macro Security Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting our organization's efforts in ensuring the security of Microsoft Office environments and evaluating existing Macro-LP solutions.
- Analyzing and evaluating Office Macros and VBA applications in terms of potential security risks.
- Developing and optimizing security concepts for Excel, Access, and VBA, and implementing these through Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Strengthening and developing Macro Security Guidelines, promoting signified Macros, and blocking insecure content. Furthermore, you will work closely with the IT teams and relevant departments to ensure the proper implementation of measures.
- Collaborating with the technical implementation of measures and reaching out to your colleagues to ensure an effective team dynamic.
Requirements
- Graduated from an IT-related field, such as a System Administrator (m/w/d), IT Security Specialist (m/w/d), or a similar qualification.
- Proficient in Macro-Security Guidelines and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Practical experience in VBA-/Macro development.
- Structured, analytical, and responsible, with a strong sense of security and an assertive team spirit. Show enthusiasm for innovation and initiative through your team leadership and initiative.
- Excellent German language skills.
