Deine Mission

Als Senior Quality Manager (w/m/d) gestaltest du die Qualitätsfundamente und -reife unseres Hardware-Portfolios in einem dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmen. Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Produktqualität über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg – von der Entwicklungsqualität in frühen Design- und Prototypenphasen bis hin zur Serienqualität bei unseren Vertragsfertigern.

In unserem fabless-Modell koordinierst du Qualität über mehrere Lieferantenstufen der Elektronikfertigung und des Box-Buildings und stellst sicher, dass Produkte, die unsere Lieferkette verlassen, durchgängig unseren Spezifikationen, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Kundenerwartungen entsprechen. Du treibst die Einführung normativer Rahmensysteme und FMEA-Methoden voran und arbeitest dabei eng mit Teams wie Product Compliance, Engineering sowie Test & Validation zusammen.

Als fachlich starke Persönlichkeit förderst du eine Kultur des Null-Fehler-Denkens und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung – intern in Engineering und Operations ebenso wie im Lieferantennetzwerk. Nach außen vertrittst du das Unternehmen in Qualitäts- und Compliance-Fragen gegenüber Vertragsfertigern, Elektronik- und Komponentenlieferanten, Kunden sowie Partnern.

Dein Impact

• Verantwortung für die Entwicklungsqualität über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus: Einbettung von Qualitätsanforderungen in frühe Design-, Prototypen- und Pilotphasen durch DFMEA, Design Reviews, technische Risikoanalysen und Qualifikationsplanung sowie Überführung neuer Produkte in die Serienreife aus Qualitätsmanagementsicht

• Steuerung der Serienproduktionsqualität bei Vertragsfertigern in der Elektronikfertigung und im Box-Building, einschließlich PFMEA, Kontrollpläne, PPAP- und First-Article-Freigaben, Erstmusterprüfungen, Linienfreigabekriterien und Monitoring von Fertigungsfehlern

• Ganzheitliche Steuerung des Feldqualitätskreislaufs: von Feldrückläufern und Garantieanalysen über 8D- und Ursachenanalysen mit internen Teams und Lieferanten bis hin zu Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen, die in Design- und Prozessverbesserungen einfließen

• Aufbau und Betrieb eines Lieferantenqualitäts-Frameworks für Elektronik- und Mechanikkomponenten, inklusive Lieferantenqualifizierung, Prozess- und Produktionsaudits sowie Lieferantenentwicklung für kritische Tier-1- und Tier-2-Partner

• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Pflege unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems gemäß ISO 9001 und angrenzenden Branchenstandards, Leitung interner Audits sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Zertifizierungs- und Überwachungsaudits

• Aufbau eines Qualitätsreportings mit relevanten Qualitäts-KPIs, regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das Management, Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmenpläne mit messbarer Wirkung sowie Überführung von Daten in strategische Qualitätsentscheidungen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich

• Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in der Elektronikfertigung oder im Box-Building, idealerweise in einem fabless- oder vertragsfertigungsgetriebenen Umfeld

• Fundierte praktische Expertise sowohl in der Entwicklungsqualität (DFMEA, Design Verification & Validation, Qualifikation, NPI-Qualität) als auch in der Serienproduktionsqualität

• Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von ISO-9001-konformen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen sowie nachgewiesene Kompetenz in der Gestaltung notwendiger Qualitätsprozesse und -strukturen – mit der Reife, im Scale-up-Umfeld Pragmatismus und Präzision sinnvoll in Einklang zu bringen

• Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Entscheidungsstärke – auch in Situationen mit Unklarheiten und unter Zeitdruck

• Die Fähigkeit, belastbare Beziehungen aufzubauen, und sichere Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern aus Engineering, Operations, Lieferantenumfeld und Kundenseite auf allen Managementebenen

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
