Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Senior Projektmanager*in (f/m/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) in München bei 5 Tagen Home Office / Monat.

Als Senior Projektmanager*in (f/m/d) verantwortest du die erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung unserer Kundenprojekte in den Bereichen Brand, Marketing und Talent. Deine Aufgabenbereiche umfassen Brandings, Corporate Websites, digitalen Go-to-Market-Kampagnen, Product Launches und Paid-Lead-Kampagnen.

Dabei koordinierst du Kunden, interne Fachbereiche und externe Partner wie Entwickler, Druckereien, Messebauer, Fotografen oder Performance Marketer. Du sorgst dafür, dass komplexe Projekte mit vielen Beteiligten termingerecht, wirtschaftlich und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden.

Dein Erfolg wird daran gemessen, wie zuverlässig Projekte umgesetzt werden, wie wirtschaftlich sie geführt sind und wie zufrieden Kunden und Teams mit der Zusammenarbeit sind. Zu deinen wichtigsten KPIs zählen Projektmarge, Budgettreue, Termintreue, Kundenzufriedenheit und Ressourcenauslastung.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Corporate Website Projekten von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live
• Projektleitung von Go-to-Market- und Product-Launch-Kampagnen inklusive Landing-Pages, Content, Ads (Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok/Google), Events und Printmaterialien
• Koordination interner Teams sowie externer Partner wie Entwickler, Druckereien, Fotografen, Videografen und Performance Marketer
• Verantwortung für Projektbudgets, Projektmargen und wirtschaftliche Zielerreichung
• Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Timings und Ressourcenplanungen
• Vorbereitung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Kundenmeetings
• Identifikation und Management von Projektrisiken, Abhängigkeiten und Engpässen
• Dokumentation von Projekten sowie Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen
• Einsatz moderner KI-Tools wie Claude zur Projektsteuerung, Recherche, Strukturierung und Effizienzsteigerung
• Kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung von Prozessen, Workflows und Projektstandards

Erfolg wird gemessen an:

• Einhaltung von Projektbudgets und Projektmargen
• Termingerechte Umsetzung von Projekten
• Kundenzufriedenheit (NPS)
• Ressourcenauslastung und Planungssicherheit
• Erreichung der Projektziele

Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement einer Digital-, Marketing- oder Branding-Agentur
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Corporate Websites Launches & CMS, Landing-Page-Projekten und digitalen Werbekampagnen (Funnel/Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok/Google)
• Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs, Reports und wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit mehreren internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT oder vergleichbaren Systemen
• Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Schrift und Sprache)
• Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Gehalt:
