Senior Project Manager Position at ]init[

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead ambitious projects in the areas of Migration & Inneres with a strong focus on digital and social impact. You will create solutions that address complex requirements and integrate diverse teams, including interdisciplinaries and technologically diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute ambitious digitalization projects with a focus on Migration & Inneres in a project management role.
- Lead Scope, Time, Budget, Quality, and Risk Management for your projects.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure structured and reliable collaboration within the project.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and work closely with our customers from the public sector on project management as a customer-oriented role.
- Work with agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Bring relevant Project Management or Agile certifications.
- Have a strong background in digitalization projects of public administration and a relevant focus on Migration & Inneres.
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to work at different project levels.
- Have a comprehensive education in your field.
- Be fluent in both English and German.
Requirements
- More than three years of project management experience in software development or digitalization projects.
- Experience in leading project teams and taking responsibility for scope, budget, time, quality, and risk.
- Experience in digitalization projects of public administration or a relevant focus on Migration & Inneres.
- Proficiency in collaborating with external customers and understanding project management as a customer-oriented role.
- Experience with agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Have relevant Project Management or Agile certifications.
- Have a comprehensive education in your field.
- Fluent in both English and German.
