Job Description

Wir bei Otark beschleunigen die Energiewende. Unsere Plattform ist das Betriebssystem für den Einkauf von erneuerbarem Strom (Solar & Wind) und vernetzt Corporate Buyer, Direktvermarkter und Trader. Wir bauen die Infrastruktur, auf der grüner Strom künftig gehandelt, abgewickelt und zertifiziert wird – vom PPA-Marktplatz über eine Spot-Börse bis zum vollautomatisierten Vertragsabschluss.

Dafür suchen wir einen Produktmanager, der den Energiemarkt wirklich versteht: Jemanden, der weiß, wie ein PPA von der Anbahnung bis zur Abwicklung läuft, wie ein Bilanzkreis funktioniert und idealerweise auch, wie im Handel die Mechanik hinter den Trades aussieht. Du wirst die treibende Kraft hinter unseren drei Kernprodukten und sorgst dafür, dass aus regulatorischer und handelstechnischer Komplexität elegante, nutzbare Software wird.

Aufgaben

• Produktverantwortung über drei Produkte: Du verantwortest und schärfst unsere drei Kernprodukte – den Otark Marktplatz (PPA-Plattform), Green SPOT (unsere Spot-Börse für Grünstrom) und 1-Click PPA (den vollautomatisierten PPA-Abschluss). Du verstehst, wie diese Produkte zusammenspielen, und entwickelst sie strategisch weiter.
• Energie-Domäne übersetzen: Du übersetzt die Realität des Energiemarkts – PPA-Abwicklung, Bilanzkreismanagement, Spot- und Terminhandel – in klare Produktanforderungen. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, Kunde und Entwicklung.
• Customer Discovery mit Profis auf Augenhöhe: Du führst tiefgehende Gespräche mit Corporate Buyern, Direktvermarktern und Tradern. Weil du ihre Sprache sprichst, erkennst du die echten Schmerzpunkte hinter dem, was sie sagen.
• Strategie & Roadmap: Du verantwortest deine Features als „Mini-CEO" von der ersten Idee über die fachliche Validierung bis zum Go-Live – und priorisierst entlang von echtem Markt- und Kundennutzen.
• High-Efficiency Handoff: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und lieferst keine vagen Tickets, sondern präzise durchdachte, fachlich validierte Anforderungen. Wo es schneller geht, baust du Prototypen direkt selbst (siehe AI-Workflow).

Qualifikation

• Energie-Domänenwissen (zentral): Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Energiemarkt mit und verstehst, wie die Teile zusammenhängen – PPA-Strukturen und deren Abwicklung, Bilanzkreismanagement, Spot- und/oder Terminhandel. Du musst nicht in jedem Detail Spezialist sein, aber du bist der Allrounder, der den Gesamtzusammenhang durchdringt.
• Trading & Abwicklung als starkes Plus: Erfahrung im Stromhandel und in der Handelsabwicklung (Trading & Settlement) ist ein großer Vorteil und hebt deine Bewerbung deutlich heraus.
• Produkt-DNA: Du hast bereits als Product Manager oder Product Owner gearbeitet und Produkte von der Idee bis zum Markt gebracht. Du denkst in Nutzerproblemen, nicht in Feature-Listen.
• Analytisches Kraftpaket: Du besitzt eine extrem schnelle Auffassungsgabe und einen scharfen Verstand. Du liebst es, dich in komplexe regulatorische oder handelstechnische Themen tief einzuarbeiten und sie zu vereinfachen.
• AI als Werkzeug: Du bist offen dafür, mit modernen KI-Tools (z. B. Claude Code oder vergleichbaren KI-Agenten) zu arbeiten, um Ideen schnell zu validieren und Prototypen zu bauen. Grundverständnis von Web-Frontends (HTML/CSS/JS) ist ein Plus – wir bringen dir den Rest bei.
• Sprachen: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (zwingend erforderlich für den Austausch mit deutschen Kunden) sowie Englisch absolut fließend.
• Wohnsitz: Dein aktueller Wohnsitz befindet sich in Deutschland.
