Was macht ein Senior Producer (m/w/d) bei WPP Production?

Als Senior Producer (m/w/d) bist Du eine Schlüsselperson in unserem Team, die die erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller und vielfältiger Bewegtbildproduktion verantwortet. Du förderst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen kreativen Visionen und technischer Realität und stellst sicher, dass die Kampagnen unserer Kunden in hoher Qualität, innerhalb des Budgets und termingerecht geliefert werden. Du leitest aufwendige Produktionen und bist eine strategische Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kreativ-Agentur-Partnern sowie externen Partnern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung der Kreation/ Kreativagentur-Partner hinsichtlich Machbarkeit und Kosten von Ideen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Aufbereitung von Kostenvoranschlägen für diverse Gewerke zur Entscheidungsfindung von Kreativagenturen
  • Verhandlung von Kosten und Verträgen mit Dienstleistern
  • Durchführung von Regie-Recherche und Abgabe von Empfehlungen
  • Prüfung, Planung und Steuerung von Primaryproduktions-Projekten
  • Überwachung von Timings und Deadlines
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Projekt Stati und der Kosten
  • Proaktive Problemlösung und Optimierung von Produktions-Workflows
  • Begleitung von Schlüsselterminen (PPM, Offline-Abnahme)
  • Durchführung einer Qualitätsprüfung der gelieferten Arbeitsergebnisse (z.B. Filmschnitte, Bilder)
  • Unterstützung der Post Producer bei der Einhaltung von Timings und Prozessen in der Postproduktion
  • Kommunikation und Vermittlung zwischen Kreativagentur-Partner und Dienstleistern
  • Zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Strategische Kundenberatung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen (Kreativagentur-Partner & Direktkunden)

Das bringst du mit

  • 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Film und Werbung, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld
  • Eine hohe Affinität für das Thema Bewegtbild und Leidenschaft für gute Werbung
  • Eine selbstständige, organisierte, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Gute MS-Office Programmkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse über alle gängigen Medienformate und aktuellen Werbeformate (Online, Social Media, TV, Funk, etc.)
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
