In this key role, you will lead the development of global procurement processes and drive innovative projects around digitalization, process optimization, and AI-supported solutions. You will work within an international environment, tackle exciting projects, and contribute to sustainable change.
Responsibilities
- Continuously enhance and optimize global procurement and sourcing-to-pay processes.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Lead and implement digitalization and transformation projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain modern procurement and sourcing processes and systems.
- Conduct and lead national and international workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
- Provide consulting services to the procurement and related business units on process and digitalization topics.
- Support the implementation of innovative technologies and AI-based solutions.
- Create analyses, presentations, and decision-making support documents for management.
Requirements
- Educated to a high level in the fields of business engineering, business economics, business information technology, or comparable.
- At least three years of experience in procurement, procurement management, or supply chain management.
- Experience in optimizing and digitalizing business processes.
- Knowledge of the sourcing-to-purchase process desirable.
- Experience in project management and leading complex projects.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Confident communication and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in both German and English, including effective written and verbal communication.
- A strong interest in digital technologies and innovative solutions.
- A structured and self-directed work style.
