Job Position
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating and executing successful creator campaigns, where you'll identify emerging trends before they go viral and have a keen eye for impactful brand strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in steering the development of innovative marketing initiatives that make a genuine impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Leadership: Planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns focusing on performance and brand awareness.
- Close Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with key account management to ensure individualized customer strategies.
- Project Management: Preparation and execution of weekly updates, preparation and execution of customer meetings, and development of long-term customer retention strategies.
- Market and Competition Analysis: Identification of market trends, analysis of competitive environments, and formulation of strategic measures.
- Budget and Profit Management: Oversight and control of costs, budgets, and profit targets to ensure efficient campaign management.
- Internal and External Communication: Facilitating smooth communication among customers, creators, and internal teams to ensure the smooth progression of campaigns.
- Managed Paid Media: Responsibility for performance-based marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok to maximize campaign results.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable position.
- Outstanding communication skills and a keen sense of working with customers, creators, and stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and the optimization of processes for efficient campaign management.
- Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, with experience in the execution of paid marketing campaigns.
- High diplomatic skills and the ability to effectively manage various interests.
- A genuine team player with a hands-on mentality, initiative, and a passion for the creator ecosystem.
