Über die Rolle

• Du unterstützt die Entwicklung und Optimierung des jährlichen Fahrplankonzepts und berücksichtigst dabei die Auswirkungen geplanter Infrastrukturmaßnahmen
• Die Auswirkungen von Bauprojekten auf das FlixTrain-Netzwerk analysierst du und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen sowie alternative Konzepte ab
• Datengetriebene Analysen mit Excel, BI-Tools und ersten KI-Anwendungen helfen dir dabei, kommerzielle Auswirkungen auf Nachfrage, Umsatz und Kosten zu bewerten
• Gemeinsam mit den Teams aus Commercial Planning, Operations und Betriebsplanung entwickelst du umsetzbare Lösungen für baubedingte Herausforderungen
• Externe Stakeholder-Termine mit DB InfraGO, der Bundesnetzagentur und weiteren Partnern bereitest du vor und vertrittst dabei die Interessen von FlixTrain

Über dich 

• Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der Verkehrsgeographie in Deutschland und interessierst dich für die Zusammenhänge zwischen Infrastruktur, Betrieb und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Analytisches Denken, ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse zeichnen dich aus
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Network Planning (Netzplanung), Kapazitätsmanagement, Transport, Infrastruktur, Consulting oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld bringst du bereits mit
• Eine strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise kombinierst du mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) sind für dich selbstverständlich
• Erfahrungen mit KOMBau, FBS, IVU, SQL, Python, BI-Tools oder KI-Anwendungen sind ein Plus aber kein muss
