Our partner company in Munich is looking for you to join our team as the “IT-Team Leader (m/w/d)” at the earliest opportunity. This position involves steering, prioritizing, and managing IT tickets, as well as coordinating their resolution while taking into account Service Level Agreements.
As the IT-Team Leader (m/w/d), you will:
- Lead and coordinate the IT support team at various locations, monitor the progress of tasks, and ensure a reliable IT service.
- Support the team in installing and setting up PCs and laptops, assembling hardware, diagnosing and resolving network issues, and performing network patches.
- Be present at IT projects to coordinate technical tasks, assist in the implementation, and optimize IT solutions and infrastructures.
- Manage and control IT hardware and material inventories, prepare regular reports for the management, and ensure a structured documentation system.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a completed degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have relevant industry experience.
- Have experience in team leadership, coordination, and IT support.
- Have strong knowledge of IT ticket management, incident management, hardware support, PC and laptop administration, network support, troubleshooting, and service-level management.
- Be able to make transparent decisions under pressure, handle escalations proactively, and work independently, structurally, and responsibly.
