Aufgaben

• Fachliche Führung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Workplace IT sowie Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur an unseren Standorten Ehingen (Donau) und Ulm
• Betrieb, Administration und Pflege unserer Systemlandschaften
• Eigenständige Analyse komplexerer Störungen, Ursachenfindung und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
• Betrieb, Monitoring und API-Management von Anthropic, OpenAI & Co. inkl. Kosten- und Zugriffskontrolle
• Implementierung, Wartung und Integration produktiver Bot-, Agenten- und RAG-Lösungen (Azure AI Foundry) in die Unternehmens-IT
• Sicherer, DSGVO-konformer KI-Einsatz sowie Beratung und Schulung der Fachbereiche
• Durchführung von IT-Projekten und Erstellung von Standards und Prozessen im Support

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium, IT-Ausbildung (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb inkl. Microsoft 365 im Unternehmensumfeld und Microsoft Azure
• Erste praktische Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an KI-Technologien, APIs, Datenverarbeitung und KI-gestützten Tools
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Client-Betriebssystemen, insbesondere Installation, Fehleranalyse, Richtlinien, Benutzerprofile, Treiber und Updates
• Erste Führungserfahrung oder Projektleitung im IT-Umfeld
• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
