Als Senior Investmentberater Immobilien bei CAPRI CONSULT bist du Top-Performer im Vertrieb von Investment-Immobilien an unsere HENRY-Kund:innen in Berlin und der Region. Mit deinem Track Record im Verkauf von Immobilien-Investmentprodukten, deinem etablierten Netzwerk und deiner Beratungserfahrung gehörst du vom ersten Tag an zu den Leistungsträger:innen unseres Vertriebs und setzt Maßstäbe für Qualität und Abschlussstärke.

Du arbeitest nicht nur mit unseren qualifizierten Inbound-Leads, sondern hebst aktiv neues Geschäft über dein bestehendes Netzwerk, externe Branchenevents sowie gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing-Team organisierte Veranstaltungen. Als erfahrene Stimme im Team bringst du dich darüber hinaus in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsprozesse und in die Einarbeitung jüngerer Kolleg:innen ein.

Du steigst in einer spannenden Professionalisierungs- und Wachstumsphase ein: Capri Consult baut den Vertrieb in Berlin systematisch aus, professionalisiert Strukturen und Prozesse und expandiert in den nächsten Jahren in weitere Städte. Mit deiner Erfahrung legst du das Fundament dafür, dass wir zum führenden Anbieter für systematischen Vermögensaufbau für HENRYs in Deutschland werden.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Vertrieb & Kundenberatung

●      End-to-End Vermittlung von Investment-Immobilien an unsere HENRY-Zielgruppe – mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Abschlussstärke

●      Persönliche Beratung anspruchsvoller Kund:innen über den gesamten Kaufprozess hinweg

●      Durchführung von Besichtigungen in Berlin/Region sowie gelegentlich in Dresden

●      Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen mit dem Ziel mehrfacher Wiederkäufe und Empfehlungsgeschäft

Lead-Generierung & Netzwerkaufbau

●      Hebung deines bestehenden Netzwerks für die Generierung hochwertiger Leads ab Tag 1

●      Aktive Vertretung von CAPRI CONSULT auf externen Branchenevents und Networking-Formaten

●      Mitgestaltung von Veranstaltungen zur Neukundengewinnung gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing Team

●      Bearbeitung und Conversion qualifizierter Unternehmens-Leads (2–5 pro Monat)

Operative Exzellenz & Tools

●      Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deiner persönlichen Vertriebsunterstützung, die dich bei Terminkoordination, Dokumentation, Finanzierer- und Notarmanagement entlastet

●      Saubere Pflege des CRM und transparente Pipeline-Steuerung

Mentoring & Mitgestaltung

●      Weitergabe deines Wissens an Junior- und Mid-Level-Kolleg:innen
