Als (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager:in in unserem Marketin Team leitest Du Kooperationen im gesamten DACH-Markt, vor allem auf Instagram und TikTok. Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• (Weiter)Entwicklung und Ownership unseres Influencer-Marketings für den DACH-Markt
• Steuerung aller Kampagnen in einem klar KPI- und performancegetriebenen Setup (Revenue & Conversions)
• Aufbau, Betreuung und Skalierung langfristiger Creator-Relations
• End-to-End-Management des gesamten Kollaborationsprozesses: Creator Research → Vertragsmanagement → Content → Performance-Analyse
• Eigenverantwortliches Management eines monatlichen Budgets von bis zu 40.000 €
• Systematisches Testing neuer Creator und Expansion-Budgets zur Umsatzsteigerung
• Monitoring, Analyse und Optimierung aller Kampagnen anhand von KPIs
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Content- und Brand-Team
• Kontinuierliches Testen, Lernen und Iterieren auf Basis von Performance-Daten

Qualifikation

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

• min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing (DACH)
• Tiefe Kenntnisse und Interesse von Instagram & TikTok
• Kontinuierliches Testen, Lernen und Iterieren auf Basis von Performance-Daten
• Strategisches Denken sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
• Interesse an sexpositiven, gesellschaftlich relevanten Themen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
