Job Description: Full Stack Developer with React and Python
#### Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong foundation in web development, particularly with React and Python. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, along with experience in developing and deploying applications.
#### Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development:
- Design and implement responsive web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize performance and ensure seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Back-end Development:
- Write and maintain efficient Python-based server-side code.
- Integrate APIs with back-end services to enhance application functionality.
- Handle database interactions and ensure data integrity and security.
- Front-end Development:
- Collaborate with the front-end team to build dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
- Implement and optimize JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain responsive components for mobile and desktop environments.
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure the development process aligns with project goals.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and address performance issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
- Continuously improve the application by implementing best practices and following coding standards.
- Documentation and Maintenance:
- Write clear, concise documentation for both front-end and back-end components.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with the QA team to debug and fix issues.
#### Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of computer science principles and techniques.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Full Stack development, with a strong preference for recent experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Familiarity with Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
#### Qualifications:
- Technical Stack:
- Proficient in JavaScript and its front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Knowledge of TypeScript and related JavaScript tools.
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, Django, Flask).
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and database management.
- Proficient in version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to new environments.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
