Bei CmdScale lösen wir komplexe Probleme an der Schnittstelle von High-Performance Software Engineering und strategischer IT-Beratung. Aufgaben

• High-Impact Projekte: Nach einer fokussierten Onboarding-Phase übernehmen Sie unmittelbar Verantwortung in geschäftskritischen Projekten. Sie agieren auf Augenhöhe mit dem Kunden und setzen Ihre Visionen in skalierbare Architekturen um.

• Go Expertise: Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung in der professionellen Entwicklung mit Rust. Du beherrschtConcurrency-Patterns und das Go-Ökosystem auf Experten-Level.
• Consulting-Mindset: Du bist es gewohnt, Kunden auf professionellem Niveau zu beraten. Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte strukturieren und sicher vor Gruppen vertreten - du bist fachlich versiert und rhetorisch sicher.
• Nachweisbare Ergebnisse: Wir bewerten keine leeren Versprechen. Du bist bereit, uns Go-Code oder Projektreferenzen zu zeigen (gerne direkt als Anhang am CV oder via Link zum Repository).
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Du kannst dich in fachlichen Gesprächen auf Deutsch und Englisch sicher ausdrücken und dich in beiden Sprachen klar und sicher vertreten – sowohl im Team- als auch im Kundenkontakt.
• Commitment: Wir besetzen diese Schlüsselposition ausschließlich in Vollzeit.

  Bei uns liegt die Gehaltsspanne bei 70.000€ bis 85.000€, aber deine Leistung ist uns jeden Cent wert – wenn du mehr drauf hast, verdienst du auch mehr.
