Job Description

As our network continues to grow, we are expanding our German Talent Pool with experienced consultants who combine Enterprise Architecture expertise with a pragmatic understanding of IT Service Management and Digital Transformation.

Tasks

Depending on the project, you may be involved in:

  • Supporting enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture concepts and roadmaps
  • Bridging the gap between Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture and IT Operations
  • Analyzing complex technical dependencies and identifying implementation risks
  • Supporting IT Service Management initiatives and process improvements
  • Contributing to service transition, operational readiness and continuous improvement
  • Coordinating stakeholders across business and IT organizations
  • Supporting testing activities including test planning, coordination and defect management
  • Facilitating workshops and aligning technical and business teams
  • Supporting change management and adoption during transformation programs
  • Working closely with project managers, architects, service owners and technical teams
  • Contributing to governance, documentation and architectural decision-making

Requirements

We are looking for experienced consultants who bring several of the following qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or IT Transformation
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL)
  • Experience with large enterprise environments and complex application landscapes
  • Ability to understand technical dependencies across multiple systems
  • Experience supporting service transition, operational readiness or platform transformations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating testing, issue resolution and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and modern collaboration tools
  • Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
  • Professional English is required; German is an advantage

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Jira and Confluence
  • Jira Service Management

  • BMC Remedy / BMC Helix
  • LeanIX, ArchiMate or TOGAF
  • Azure DevOps
  • CMDB and Configuration Management
