Our in-house AI is paving the way for Europe’s first certifiable system, backed by a team of experts who have been innovating hand-in-hand since 2017. We don't just follow trends—we lead the transformation.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to further develop our hybrid infrastructure.

Tasks

  • Handling the end-to-end administration of our Kubernetes environment and optimizing CI/CD pipelines through Terraform and Ansible
  • Managing resources across AWS (EKS) and innovative NeoCloud providers to ensure a seamless, high-performance architecture
  • Oversight of training data within a Data Lake, including the implementation of sophisticated filters for incoming streams and the removal of noise from training phases
  • Serving as a high-level technical consultant to solve complex problems for development teams and streamline internal workflows
  • Implementing and maintaining technical monitoring using Grafana and Prometheus to ensure high performance and stability during core business hours

Requirements

  • A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, cloud computing, or an IT apprenticeship
  • A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in systems administration and DevOps and a proven track record in a modern DevOps environment
  • Mastery of Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Ansible
  • Extensive experience using Terraform and frameworks such as Grafana and Prometheus
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking and identity providers like Keycloak or Active Directory
  • A "fix-it-once-and-automate" mentality, combined with a high degree of openness toward new tools like GPUaaS
  • The ability to evaluate and integrate emerging NeoCloud providers into a cohesive hybrid strategy
  • A genuine love of learning and a proactive growth mindset that embraces trying new things and viewing mistakes as vital opportunities for technical evolution
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is an advantage

Benefits

  • Genuine team spirit: working in teams that drive change forward – no matter how complex and extensive the projects are
  • Flexible working hours – with room for the realities of life (parenthood, caregiving responsibilities, voluntary work, etc.)
  • Dog-friendly office – your four-legged colleague is very welcome
  • Whether it's fashion, beauty, travel or culture – you'll receive numerous discounts through our partner Corporate Benefits
  • Social relevance: We work on solutions that have game-changing qualities
  • Subsidy for public transport tickets
  • Your professional development is important to us – that's why we cover the costs of further education and training
  • Excellent transport links: attractive location in Wedding with very good public transport connections
  • Focus on people: Our strength lies in our diversity. We respect each other for who we are

Are you excited by our vision and ideas? Do you see autonomous driving as bringing benefits for everyone? Then apply to MOTOR Ai and play an active part in shaping a safe and transparent future of mobility.

In our new offices, we place great importance on getting to know one another and driving our vision forward together. Our international team is growing and working together on this exciting mission. Face-to-face collaboration is the key to success, which is why we have decided not to become a fully remote company.

We ask recruitment agencies not to submit profiles unsolicited. All candidate profiles submitted without a prior signed agreement will be considered our property and no fees will be paid.
