- Head of Talent Acquisition and Management
- Develop and implement new content formats and marketing strategies, working closely with artists and our partners
- Handle negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring successful deals
- Collaborate with artists to develop innovative and impactful content
- Coordinate with artists and partners to plan and execute events
- Identify and acquire new talent for existing and future projects
- Work with artists to create a more innovative and diverse approach to their work
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Artist Management, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing
- Adept at understanding the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing space
- Able to work with and understand the dynamics of social media platforms and communities
- Experience in social media and influencer marketing campaigns
- High level of creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
