Summary
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team. This position is at the senior level in the Consulting Cluster of TOWA, with a compensation range of €60,000 to €75,000 (all-in) per year. The target compensation is inclusive of all compensation elements, such as variable bonuses or other benefits, as appropriate. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Strategic Advice: Provide expert advice on business and operational strategies.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and driving their success.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve organizational goals and support the overall team success.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the field of consulting or related areas.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and proficiency in project management tools.
