About the Role

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that key issues are not left unaddressed during the analysis process but are addressed and implemented. You develop and execute complex challenges, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional projects from ideation to measurable results. Collaborate closely with founders, team members from Strategy, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities and bring them together with relevant teams to implement them.
- Analyze performance data and develop clear action recommendations, translating them into concrete actions.
- Take responsibility for cross-functional projects, from goal definition to implementation.
- Optimize processes, structures, and responsibilities, ensuring solutions are sustainable and implementable.
- Coordinate stakeholders, resolve blockers, and keep important initiatives on track.
- Support the launch and development of new products, brands, locations, and markets.
- Identify useful applications for automation, AI, and new tools and drive their introduction pragmatically.
- Help LANCH scale and operate efficiently with a growth mindset.
Requirements:
- More than three years of experience in a startup, business operations, strategy, consulting, commercial, or similar field.
- Have developed and executed complex challenges and projects, both as an individual and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a deep understanding of operational connections.
- High initiative, strong ownership, and a consistent follow-up approach.
- The ability to lead diverse teams and achieve results without formal authority.
- Comfortable with data, tables, dashboards, presentations, and business tools.
- Excellent German and professional English.
- No specific requirement for previous experience in food, delivery, QSR, retail, hospitality, or a growing startup.
