Aufgaben

Als Senior Berater:in erwarten dich abwechslungsreiche Projekte rund um die Einführung unserer Produktkonfigurationslösungen bei Kunden. Diese berätst du in den Bereichen Variantenmanagement, Produktkonfiguration, Digitalisierung und IT-Systemintegration.

Deine Aufgaben, an denen du wächst:​

• Du leitest CPQ-Projekte von Anfang an: Vor dem ersten Termin kennst du bereits die Anforderungen und erstellst darauf aufbauend individuelle Konzepte. Du analysierst die Prozesse des Kunden und präsentierst unseren Lösungsansatz. Weiterhin konkretisierst du gemeinsam mit dem Kunden die Konzepte und schaffst passgenaue Lösungen.
• Ein zentraler Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit ist die Umsetzung der Konfiguration innerhalb der CPQ-Lösung. Dabei überführst du fachliche Anforderungen in technische Konfigurationslogiken, modellierst Produktstrukturen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abbildung komplexer Varianten.
• In Schulungen vermittelst du das Wissen für eine eigenständige Nutzung der CPQ-Lösung durch den Kunden. Unterstützende Vertriebstätigkeiten wie Erstellung von Vertriebsdemos oder Aufwandsschätzungen gehören ebenfalls mit zu deinem Alltag.

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Du bringst mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konfiguration sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit.
• Dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie deine IT-Affinität bilden die Basis für die erfolgreiche Beratung unserer Kunden.
• Du hattest bereits erste Kontaktpunkte zu Konfiguratorlösungen.
• Du weißt, dass die besten Lösungen nur im Team entstehen. Daher arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kollegen, aber auch teamübergreifend, zusammen.
• Du überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, indem du Aufgaben proaktiv anpackst und Lösungen eigenständig umsetzt. Dabei arbeitest du stets strukturiert und kundenzentriert.
• Du lebst Kundennähe, arbeitest gerne direkt mit Kunden zusammen und bist mit Begeisterung vor Ort, um Projekte, Workshops und Aufgaben partnerschaftlich zum Erfolg zu führen.
