Deine Rolle bei unserem Partner

• AI-Produkt mit Ownership: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für zentrale Teile der AI-Architektur – nicht nur für einzelne Features.

• Agent-Systeme & Orchestrierung: Du designst und entwickelst skalierbare AI-Agent-Systeme mit Multi-Step Reasoning, Decision Pipelines und Tool Use.

• Quality & Reliability: Du verantwortest die Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität von AI Outputs durch Evaluation, Monitoring und Guardrails.

• LLM-Systementwicklung: Du entwickelst produktive LLM-Systeme weiter – von Prompting und Tooling bis hin zu Memory, Orchestration und Fine-Tuning.

• Observability & Evaluation: Du baust Frameworks für Testing, Regressionen und AI-Evaluation, um Qualität langfristig messbar und steuerbar zu machen.

• Business Impact: Du arbeitest eng mit Product und Business zusammen, um echten Einfluss auf Prozesse, Automatisierung und Umsatz zu erzielen.
