Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen einen engagierten Software Developer mit AI-Fokus (m/w/d), der mit uns die nächste Generation unserer Logistik-Plattform mitgestaltet – mit modernem .NET, einem starken Team und einer klaren Vision für den Einsatz von KI.

Wir sind ein junges Tech-Unternehmen und entwickeln eine innovative Softwarelösung für die Logistik. Unser Ziel: Mehrweglösungen so einfach wie Einweg machen und damit einen der nervigsten Prozesse der Branche optimieren – während wir gleichzeitig den CO₂-Fußabdruck der Logistik deutlich reduzieren.

In dieser Rolle bringst du KI dort ein, wo sie wirklich Wert schafft: in unserem Produkt für unsere Kunden und in unseren Workflows als Team. Du wirst AI-basierte Features konzipieren und umsetzen – und gleichzeitig unsere Entwicklungsprozesse mit modernen AI-Tools effizienter machen.

Aufgaben

• AI-Features im Produkt: Du konzipierst und implementierst KI-gestützte Features in unserem SaaS-Produkt – von LLM-Integrationen über RAG-Anwendungen bis hin zu intelligenten Automatisierungen.
• AI-Strategie mitgestalten: Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit Product, Sales, Customer Success und anderen Bereichen, wo KI in unserem Unternehmen echten Mehrwert schaffen kann – und setzt die vielversprechendsten Ideen um.
• AI-Architektur & Tech-Entscheidungen: Du triffst fundierte Entscheidungen darüber, welche Modelle, Frameworks und Patterns (z.B. Function Calling, Retrieval, Agenten) für welche Use Cases sinnvoll sind – und behältst dabei Kosten, Performance und Wartbarkeit im Blick.
• Workflow-Optimierung mit KI: Du nutzt AI-Tools aktiv in deinem Entwicklungsalltag (z.B. GitHub Copilot, Claude) und bringst Ideen ein, wie wir als gesamtes Team effizienter werden – von Engineering über Sales bis Support.
• Prototyping & Validierung: Du baust schnell Prototypen, um neue AI-Ideen zu testen, und entscheidest gemeinsam mit dem Team, welche davon es in die Produktion schaffen.
• Wissenstransfer: Du teilst dein Wissen über KI-Trends, neue Modelle und Best Practices aktiv mit dem Team und hilfst dabei, unsere AI-Kompetenz als Unternehmen weiter auszubauen.
• Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Product Management, den Entwicklerteams und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um aus echten Problemen smarte AI-Lösungen zu machen.

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung & Hintergrund: Du hast ein Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder entsprechende praktische Erfahrung.
• AI-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits mit LLM-APIs (z.B. Anthropic, Gemini) gearbeitet und verstehst Konzepte wie Prompt Engineering, Function Calling oder Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Entwicklungs-Know-how: Du bist sicher in mindestens einer modernen Programmiersprache (idealerweise C# / .NET) und kannst eigenständig produktionsreife Features umsetzen.
• Pragmatismus & Produktdenken: Du erkennst, wo KI echten Mehrwert schafft und wo nicht. Du baust lieber schnell einen Prototyp zur Validierung, als monatelang die perfekte Lösung zu planen.
• Kommunikation: Du kannst technische Themen verständlich erklären – auch für nicht-technische Kolleg:innen aus Sales, Support oder Management.
• Clean Code & Architektur: Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für sauberen Code und moderne Softwarearchitekturen, auch wenn du im AI-Bereich oft im Prototyping-Modus arbeitest.
• AI-Mindset: Für dich ist KI weder Hype noch Bedrohung, sondern fester Bestandteil moderner Softwareentwicklung – und du willst dich und deine Arbeitsweise kontinuierlich mit neuen Technologien weiterentwickeln.
