Du übernimmst bei uns eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle von Architektur, Umsetzung und Beratung mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und direktem Kundenkontakt.

Aufgaben

• Konzeption und Realisierung produktiver AI- und Agentensysteme
• Entwicklung moderner Architekturen rund um LLMs, Knowledge Graphs und Datenintegration
• Lösungen nicht nur konzeptionell aufsetzen, sondern auch hands-on in Produktion bringen
• Betrieb und Skalierung von AI-Workloads auf Kubernetes
• Verantwortung für Deployment und Optimierung von On-Prem-LLMs (z. B. vLLM, Ollama)
• Entwicklung robuster Architekturen inklusive Observability, Guardrails und Human-in-the-Loop
• Leitung von Architektur-Workshops sowie Beratung von Kunden bis auf C-Level
• Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in tragfähige, wirtschaftliche AI-Lösungen
• Treffen fundierter Technologieentscheidungen und Evaluation neuer Frameworks
• Aktive Mitgestaltung des AI-Portfolios
• Einbringung neuer Ideen, Technologien und Best Practices ins Team

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von AI-/ML- oder GenAI-Projekten
• Praxis mit LLM- oder agentenbasierten Systemen in produktionsnahen Umgebungen
• Erfahrung in Architekturarbeit und Kundenprojekten (z. B. Workshops, Stakeholder-Management)
• Technischer Fokus auf GenAI / LLM-Systeme, Agentenbasierte Architekturen, Knowledge Graphen, Daten- und Backend-Integration
• Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, Inferenz-Stacks oder Observability und Verständnis für Trade-offs, Skalierung und Wirtschaftlichkeit sind vorteilhaft
• Du kannst komplexe Themen klar kommunizieren und präsentieren und trittst sicher gegenüber Kund:innen auf
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau), sehr gutes Englisch ist von Vorteil
• Idealerweise wohnst Du im Raum Berlin und hast Interesse, regelmäßig Zeit mit dem Team vor Ort im Office zu verbringen
