We have existing systems, scrapers, and lead engines in place. We need a proactive, sharp technical operator to manage them, keep them running smoothly, and optimize them—**before** issues arise.
You won't be building new apps from scratch or waiting around for daily tickets. You are expected to monitor our stack, fix breakages proactively, and refine our lead-generation workflows using modern AI tools.
**What you’ll own:**
**System Maintenance & Uptime:** Keeping our existing infrastructure, databases, and automated pipelines running cleanly. If a scraper fails or a deployment breaks, you spot it and fix it before anyone has to flag it to you.
**Lead Generation:** Managing active lead lists, enrichment flows, and API integrations, as well as building / scraping new lead lists.
**AI-Assisted Patching & Scripting:** Using Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor to troubleshoot errors, write maintenance scripts, and refactor code on the fly.
**Who we need:**
High autonomy: You look at our logs, identify bottlenecks, and resolve them without needing hand-holding or constant supervision.
Strong knowledge of modern infra, web scraping maintenance, and database management.
Solid written and spoken English for clear, asynchronous communication.
This is a flexible, long-term remote role for someone who likes taking full ownership of existing systems.
