Job Description
Hi r/RemoteJobs, Basically, 10y at the same company with a lot of supervision experience, but not satisfied and not feeling "free". I see myself on another continent and working remote (I want to live in south america but work for a company outside of it, let's say like a digital nomad). I see that remote jobs are rough, I'm trilingual and I can't land one CS or translation job other than translating I did as a volunteer. It's mostly AI gibberish, fill this, fill that, make an account and then they basically deny you and don't even say thanks for stealing your info to train AI. At this point, I'm thinking of learning sales online and working for whatever $/h just to gain experience, what do you think? I feel like I need sales experience and I don't have any, nobody offers an onboarding experience or accepts learners so it's horrible nowadays, to the point I don't even care about salary anymore, I just want sales experience. My primary job can't be done online and while the pay is decent, there is no traveling freedom and it's a "I might die today at work" job, so I don't see myself doing this for the next 30 years. Any advice who accepts learners or what can be done to try to do this transition to online within the next 2 years or so? Thank you.Salary & Compensation
