POSITION: AI Automation Specialist
Overview:
As an AI Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming our real estate lending website into an automated, AI-driven platform. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and a deep understanding of AI and its applications in the real estate industry. You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows and pipelines, integrating cutting-edge AI tools and APIs into existing platforms and databases. Your tasks will also include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting latency issues, and optimizing AI reliability to ensure seamless operation. Additionally, you will audit current manual processes to identify opportunities for AI automation, further enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Design, build, and deploy automated AI workflows and pipelines that streamline our real estate lending website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with existing systems and databases.
- Integration and Customization:
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, and LangChain into our website.
- Customize and leverage custom AI tools to enhance the functionality and user experience of the website.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot latency or output errors to ensure optimal AI reliability.
- Optimize AI reliability and performance to enhance overall system efficiency.
Technical Stack & Competencies:
- Languages:
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- AI/LLM Ecosystem:
- Knowledge of the AI/LLM ecosystem, including OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, and LangChain.
- Familiarity with LlamaIndex and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing AI systems, particularly in the context of real estate and finance.
- Proficient in project management techniques and tools such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience with vector databases and vector-based AI models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
