This individual will be proficient in managing schedules, dispatching field technicians, and overseeing work order management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily scheduling and routing of field technicians to customer sites
- Overseeing work order management, ensuring timely billing and generating invoices using Invoice Ninja
- Utilizing HaloPSA for inventory and customer account management
- 3+ years of remote talent sourcing experience in the IT and healthcare industry, including job board, ATS, and LinkedIn skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and customer service, including live chat, data entry, technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and OS installation and system optimization
Availability & Logistics:
- Strong familiarity with US geography, culture, and time zones
- Available immediately (Mountain Time and Pacific Time compatible)
- Location: South Asia
- Open to Full-time/Part-time
Requirements:
- 4+ years of remote experience, with a specific focus on IT and healthcare industry
- Proficiency in creating job posts/ads and email campaigns using Canva
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, and managing work order management
- Proficiency in HaloPSA, Invoice Ninja, and SignalHire
Skills:
