Job Description: Senior Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Stack Development:
- Design and implement high-quality front-end and back-end solutions using modern web technologies such as React and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies and features.
- Handle debugging and optimization of existing codebases, ensuring performance and scalability.
2. Project Management:
- Participate in the development of new projects, providing input on design and implementation.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide effective communication.
3. Technical Lead:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on team.
- Facilitate the development of technical documentation and code repositories.
- Lead the team in developing new features and improving existing ones.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Participate in the testing and debugging process to identify and fix bugs.
- Ensure that the applications are secure and meet industry standards.
5. Stakeholder Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Present technical solutions and findings in meetings and reports.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure the integration of new features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly using React and Python.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express.js).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other technologies like Python, Node.js, and Angular.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
