Deine Rolle
Zur Verstärkung unseres Marketing-Teams suchen wir eine SEO-getriebene Persönlichkeit, die unsere organische Sichtbarkeit systematisch skaliert und Paid Search gezielt als Performance-Hebel einsetzt. Die Rolle vereint Inhouse-Verantwortung für kameon und bbg mit punktueller Mitarbeit an ausgewählten Kundenprojekten.
SEO ist der Kern deiner Arbeit, Paid Search ergänzt deine Strategie datengetrieben. Local SEO und AI Visibility bieten zusätzlichen Gestaltungsspielraum.

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen SEO-Strategie (Onpage, Technical, Offpage)
- Aufbau skalierbarer Strukturen zur B2B-Leadgenerierung
- Keyword- & Intent-Analysen entlang komplexer Customer Journeys
- Optimierung von Seitenstruktur, interner Verlinkung und Content
- Zusammenarbeit mit Tech (Core Web Vitals, Crawling, Indexierung, strukturierte Daten)
- KPI-Definition, Tracking und kontinuierliche Optimierung
B2B-Linkbuilding & Autorität
- Aufbau hochwertiger Backlinks im SaaS-/B2B-Umfeld
- Identifikation relevanter Plattformen und Partnerschaften
- Steigerung der Domain-Autorität
Search Ads (Google & Microsoft)
- Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Kampagnen
