IT-Projektkoordination und Anforderungsmanagement mit Fokus auf Struktur, Transparenz und Zusammenarbeit.

Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen suchen wir aktuell Verstärkung im Bereich IT-Projektkoordination / Agile Delivery.

Du sorgst dafür, dass Anforderungen klar strukturiert, priorisiert und effizient umgesetzt werden – in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, IT und Projektleitung.

Aufgaben

• Planung und Moderation von Regelterminen (z. B. Weeklies, Refinements, Retros – pragmatisch, nicht dogmatisch)
• Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen sowie Zuordnung zu Projekten und Epics
• Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Tasks für das Entwicklungsteam
• Enge Abstimmung mit Demand Management, Projektleitung und Fachbereichen
• Unterstützung bei Release- und Meilensteinplanung
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Jira (Epics, User Stories, Tasks, Boards, Workflows)
• Sicherstellung von Transparenz über Fortschritt, Aufwände und Kapazitäten
• Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards für Management und Stakeholder
• Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Abläufen
• Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsweisen im Sinne einer pragmatischen Agilität
• Unterstützung des Teams bei Strukturierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer der folgenden Rollen: Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Projektkoordinator:in oder Softwareentwicklung / IT-Consulting mit klar sichtbaren Anteilen in Organisation/Koordination
• Sicherer Umgang mit:
  - Jira (Epics, Boards, Workflows, Dashboards, Zeitverfolgung)
  - gängigen Collaboration-Tools (Confluence, MS Teams, o. Ä.)
• Erfahrung in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban)
• Erfahrung im Reporting (z. B. Jira-Dashboards, Excel/Power BI, Confluence-Reports)
• Verständnis für DevOps- und Entwicklungsprozesse (z. B. CI/CD-Pipelines, Git, Ticket- und Releaseprozesse)
• Fließend Deutschkenntnisse
