Aufgaben

• Administration und Betrieb der SAP Systemlandschaft
• Analyse und Lösung von SAP Störungen im Tagesgeschäft
• Aufbau, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen
• Dokumentation von Schnittstellen, Datenflüssen, Fehlerbildern und Betriebskonzepten
• Monitoring von SAP Jobs, Schnittstellenläufen und Systemverfügbarkeit
• Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister bei Bedarf
• Planung und Umsetzung technischer SAP Änderungen, Updates und Transporte
• Unterstützung bei SAP Projekten, Rollouts und Optimierungen
• Konzeption, Koordination und Planung von IT-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung
• Bearbeitung der Netzwerk- und Serverinfrastruktur und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich, alternativ vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP Basis Administration
• Erfahrung mit SAP Schnittstellen zu Drittsystemen, z.B. ERP, MES, WMS, EDI, Shop, CRM
• Praxis in Aufbau, Betrieb und Dokumentation von Integrationen, APIs, RFC, IDoc, File, Webservices
• Verständnis für Netzwerk, Berechtigungen, Benutzerverwaltung und Systembetrieb
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, saubere und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 Administration, Server-, Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und -komponenten
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
