In dieser Rolle analysierst Du Geschäftsprozesse, entwickelst technische Lösungskonzepte und begleitest anspruchsvolle Salesforce-Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Du bewertest Anforderungen hinsichtlich ihrer technischen Machbarkeit, gestaltest Integrationen, Datenmodelle und Automatisierungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit Kunden, Projektleitern, Functional Consultants und Entwicklern zusammen. Aufgaben

• Du konzipierst technische Salesforce-Lösungen gemeinsam mit unseren Functional Consultants.
• Du setzt komplexe Anforderungen auf der Salesforce-Plattform um.
• Du entwickelst Flows, Validierungen, Berechtigungskonzepte und Datenmodelle.
• Du planst und begleitest Integrationen zu Drittsystemen.
• Du unterstützt unsere Projektteams bei technischen Architekturentscheidungen.
• Du analysierst technische Herausforderungen und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungsansätze.
• Du führst technische Reviews und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen durch.
• Du entwickelst Dich kontinuierlich durch Salesforce-Zertifizierungen und neue Technologien weiter.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung von Salesforce-ProjektenKenntnisse in Apex, Flows und Salesforce Security
• Verständnis von Integrationen und APIsKenntnisse in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud oder Experience Cloud
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch C1; Englisch B2) für souveräne Absprachen und die Präsentation von Lösungen vor internen Teams und Kund:innen
• Kenntnisse in LWCs und JavaScript sind von Vorteil
• Im Bestfall hast du Erfahrung mit Field Service
• Du bringt entsprechende Salesforce Zertifizierungen mit
