Position: Full-Stack Developer
#### Overview

#### Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the development of complex applications using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Design and Prototyping: Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that meet client requirements.
- Frontend Development: Implement and maintain robust, responsive front-end applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend Development: Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies, integrating with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- API Development: Create and maintain APIs for various backend services, ensuring they are well-documented and optimized for performance.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit, integration, and system tests to ensure high-quality code that meets the highest industry standards.
- Documentation and Maintenance: Write clear, concise documentation for both frontend and backend codebases, ensuring that new team members can easily understand and maintain the codebase.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and efficient project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in web development technologies and contribute to the team's knowledge base to enhance future projects.
#### Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Full-Stack development, including knowledge of at least two of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, Vue.js, and Node.js.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as back-end technologies like Node.js and Python.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
#### Experience and Skills
- Experience in Full-Stack Development: Proven experience in building robust and scalable applications using Full-Stack development practices.
- Frontend Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Backend Skills: Experience with Node.js, Python, or other server-side programming languages.
- Project Management: Ability to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies.
- Design and Prototyping: Strong design skills, including the ability to create wireframes and mockups, and a passion for user experience.
- Technical Writing: Ability to write clear, concise documentation for both frontend and backend codebases.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with unit, integration, and system testing.
- API Development: Ability to create and maintain APIs for backend services.
