Deine Aufgaben:
- Analyse aktueller Markttrends, Identifikation qualifizierter Leads und Aufbau einer strukturierten Sales-Pipeline
- Du entwickelst innovative Vertriebsstrategien für unsere Dienstleistungen und Softwarelösungen und setzt diese erfolgreich um
- Die Ansprache potenzieller Kunden über verschiedene Kanäle und der Aufbau einer ersten vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehung gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du hältst Präsentationen, führst Beratungsgespräche durch und überzeugst potenzielle Kunden von unseren Dienstleistungen und Softwarelösungen
- Du begleitest den gesamten Vertriebsprozess vom Erstkontakt über professionelle Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum Vertragsabschluss. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss sorgst du intern für eine nahtlose Übergabe an deine Kollegen
- Teilnahme an Fachmessen, Veranstaltungen und anderen Events zur Repräsentation unseres Unternehmens
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast bereits 3 Jahre wertvolle Erfahrung im Sales gesammelt, idealerweise im Bereich Payroll oder im Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen
- Deine Leidenschaft sind Verkaufsgespräche und du hast Freude an der Akquise und Beratung von Neukunden
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von CRM-Software und Vertriebstools
- Durch deine ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten kannst du komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und mitreißend darstellen und vermitteln
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
