Risk Manager (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Ermittlung des Adressenausfallrisikos der Bank und anschließendes Erstellen des Risikoberichts für den Vorstand
• Schnittstelle zwischen Management, Kreditausschuss und Aufsichtsrat
• Unterstützung bei der Validierung und Weiterentwicklung der Methoden und Prozesse
• Erstellen interner Ratings und Durchführung von Stresstests
• Mitarbeit bei fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten
• Durchführung des jährlichen OP Risk Assessments sowie die Weiterentwicklung des IT- Risikomanagements

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Bankwesen, Finanzierung, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement oder Kreditbereich
• Gute Kenntnisse in den regulatorischen Anforderungen von Kreditinstituten
• Programmierkenntnisse in VBA und R wünschenswert
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und sehr hohe Qualitätsansprüche
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohes Maß an analytischen Fähigkeiten und Verständnis für komplexe Sachverhalte
