Introduction
Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir einen Revenue Controller (m/w/d) mit 5–7 Jahren relevanter Erfahrung – wahlweise in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (bis ca. 20 Std./Woche).
Du arbeitest in einem Private-Equity-owned Setup (Holding-Struktur) mit entsprechendem Anspruch an Professionalität, Transparenz und Steuerungsfähigkeit – in einem internationalen Umfeld mit mehreren Standorten.

Deine Aufgaben
- Commercial Partnering: Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit Sales / Customer Success (GTM/CS) und Ownership für Steuerungsimpulse
- Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Analyse und Monitoring von SaaS-Kennzahlen (z. B. ARR/MRR, Churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, Cohorts)
- Sales-/CS-Controlling: Pipeline-, Umsatz- und Retention-Analysen; Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Schnittstelle zu Revenue Operations / Sales Operations (Daten, Prozesse, KPIs)
- Unterstützung bei Pricing-Analysen und der Umsatzplanung
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reportings, Forecasts und Budgetplanungen
- Analyse von Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Tools
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance, Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- 5–7 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Controlling – idealerweise revenue-nah (Commercial / Sales / CS)
- Sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit BI- oder ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung im Software-/SaaS-Umfeld ist ein klarer Pluspunkt
