**\[HIRING\] Experienced Python Coder – Quick Data Annotation / AI Training Task – **
I’m looking for someone with solid **Python/programming experience** to complete a short coding/data-annotation style assessment. **(IF YOU DO WELL THERE IS OPPORTUNITY FOR EXTENSION, I WILL HIRE YOU FULL TIME)**
The assessment takes roughly **60–90 minutes** and involves:
* A few basic programming/problem-solving questions
* Evaluating AI-generated coding responses
* A short Python coding challenge
* Retrieving/parsing data from a Google Doc
* Generating a 2D character grid and decoding the resulting message
**Pay: USD (IF YOU DO WELL THERE IS OPPORTUNITY FOR EXTENSION, I WILL HIRE YOU FULL TIME)**
This should be **very straightforward for an experienced Python developer/coder**. I’m mainly looking for someone who is comfortable with Python, basic algorithms, time/space complexity, and parsing data.
**Requirements:**
* Strong Python/programming fundamentals
* Comfortable working independently
* Able to complete the task accurately
* Previous coding/AI/data annotation experience is a plus
**Important:** This is legitimate **AI/data annotation work**, and the assessment itself is designed around evaluating programming ability and AI-generated responses.
