Job Description

I used to live in Japan for quite some time and I want to return as soon as possible. But Ixm not a fan of the work culture there (it's one of the major criticisms people have of Japan). I would love an American job while living there. I've met a few people who lived in Japan and had remote jobs as their sole aource of income (and also somehow had work visas). But I was never close enough to them to ask them for advise or how they did it. Some were influencers, Some did computer tech, some were coice actors. And they live/lived in Japan for years with only those jobs. At this point, I'm open to learning new skills and getting certified for new jobs if theyre a good fit. But i'm unsure on where to resesech these jobs or how to find identifiers in job postings. The beat I can find are customer service jobs for startuos (they love that I would be able to work in a different timezone so my confortable hours handle their harder to cover hours). But the three that were eager to hire me have been pushing back their website launch dates (and thus hiring) for over a year... I'm unsure if listing my skills will get them to block my post, so I wont go into my strengths. Any advice from people who work abroad? Especially in Japan?
