Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team remotely. Responsibilities: Post job listings using our candidate sources Screen applicants and shortlist candidates Conduct reference checks (phone calls) Send offer letters to selected candidates Collect and organize onboarding documents Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Comfortable making phone calls and handling candidates professionally Work Setup: Remote position Must be available 9 AM – 5 PM (Canada time) for calls VOIP number and Zoom subscription will be provided All templates and training will be provided Compensation: $400–$500 CAD per month (based on experience and performance) We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive mindset, and readiness to take on a new challenge.
